MP Board Class 12 Results 2016 are declared by Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE ) for which the exams were held in the month of March. Candidates can check their scores on the official website of the Madhya Pradesh Board(MPBSE) and Both private and regular candidates can check their MP Board Class 12 2016 results for Arts stream, Commerce stream and Science stream and scorecards on the official website of the Madhya Pradesh Board by entering their roll number and name of the school. MPBSE Results 2016 can also be checked via SMS or through email IDs. Students can take a print out of the provisional mark sheet and the original mark sheet will be made available to all the students from their respective school in a week's time.

In the MPBSE Class 12 exams, girls have scored over boys. Around 69.50 per cent Regular candidate girls compared to boys at 63.31 per cent have passed the Class 12 MP Board exams 2015. Around 7 lakh students appeared in the MP Class 12 HSSC exams 2016.

Around 66 per cent of the total 51, 5884 candidates passed. 30, 1444 boys and 21, 4440 girls appeared for the MP Board exams this year. Girls have overscored boys with a higher over all pass percentage in all the streams like Humanities, Science, Commerce Agriculture and Home Science.

MP Board Class 12 Results 2016 recorded highest pass percentage in Fine Arts where 15 out of 17 candidates passed the exam. Science Students performed better than Commerce and Humanities stream students with an overall pass percentage of 70.23.

Tripti Tripathi from Science (Maths) group with a score of 488 and Madhvi Lehri from Science (Biology) group with a score of 482 topped the MP Board Class 12 Results 2014. Omprakash Parmar was the topper in Humanities stream with 474 marks, Commerce stream is topped by Hitanshi Vyaas with 478 marks.

MP Board Class 12th examination 2016 was held in the following 50 districts of Alirajpur, Anuppur, Ashoknagar, Balaghat, Barwani, Betul, Bhind, Bhopal, Burhanpur, Chhatarpur, Chhindwara, Damoh, Datia, Dewas, Dhar, Dindori, Guna, Gwalior, Harda, Hoshangabad, Indore, Jabalpur, Jhabua, Katni, Khandwa, Khargone, Mandla, Mandsaur, Morena, Narsinghpur, Neemuch, Panna, Raisen, Rajgarh, Ratlam, Rewa, Sagar, Satna, Sehore, Seoni, Singroli, Shahdol, Shajapur, Sheopur, Shivpuri, Sidhi, Tikamgarh, Ujjain, Umaria and Vidisha.
